At K-Saib, we aim to provide a premium experience through our range of perfumes and attars. We take every step to ensure your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

K-Saib follows a strict No Refund Policy.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Product not liked / fragrance preference

  • Wrong item ordered by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier/logistics companies

Instead, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee if your product arrives damaged or defective.


2. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or defective, you are eligible for a free replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

2.1 Provide a Mandatory Package Opening Video

This video must clearly show:

  • The unopened parcel from all sides

  • You cutting/opening the package

  • The product inside immediately after opening

  • The visible damage/issue

Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

2.2 Report the Issue Within 7 Days

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

And include:

  • Your Order ID

  • The package-opening video

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • A short description of the issue

Requests after 7 days will not be eligible for replacement.


3. Replacement Approval Process

After receiving your request, our team will:

  1. Verify the opening video and photos

  2. Confirm whether the damage meets our policy conditions

  3. Approve or reject the replacement request accordingly

Once approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped free of cost

  • No return shipping charges apply

  • The replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 working days


4. Cases Where Replacement Will NOT Be Provided

A replacement will not be issued if:

  • No package-opening video is provided

  • The video is edited, unclear, or incomplete

  • Damage is not visible in the video

  • The product is used (more than 20%)

  • The original packaging is missing

  • The issue is fragrance preference

  • The request is made after 7 days

  • Product damage is due to improper storage or misuse


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

  • If cancellation is requested before dispatch, it may be approved at the company’s discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided even for cancellations; only store credit may be issued (case-dependent).
