Thank you for choosing K-Saib for premium perfumes and attars. We aim to provide a smooth, timely, and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across India. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Delivery Timeline

We deliver orders across India within:

3–7 Working Days

  • Metro cities may receive orders earlier (3–5 working days)
  • Non-metro and remote locations may take 5–7 working days

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.
  • During high-demand seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on your location and order value.
  • Any ongoing free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link
  • You can track your package through our courier partner’s website
  • Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after shipment

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts:

  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier will try again
  • After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to us

Re-shipping can be done, but additional charges may apply.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

K-Saib is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Wrong PIN code
  • Unreachable phone number

If the order returns due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipping charges.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or lockdowns
  • Courier network issues
  • Remote location coverage

While these are outside our control, we will help track your package and assist wherever possible.


8. Damaged or Tampered Package

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with:

  1. Please record a full parcel opening video
  2. Email us immediately at support@ksaib.com
  3. Our team will review and offer a replacement, as per our Return Policy

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping will be added soon and updated here.
